Lifting women up!

Wilda has been invited to many meetings over the past several months by government organizations in Jakarta as well as with US consulate in Medan. She is receiving a lot of training about indonesian laws in dealing with prostitution, HIV and domestic violence. 

OH and Wilda might get a chance to be sent to America for training! Pray that she gets that opportunity!                                                                                                                                      

Wilda also meets with a large group of women living with HIV due to prostitution or other circumstances. They give the women information about how to have a healthy life with HIV. They come and lift these women up by sharing stories, education, dancing, playing games, being silly and giving love.

P3M House Latest:                                 

2 women (lets call them "L" and "E") and 2 children (boy is 3, girl is 2) are living in the P3M house. The two women are living with HIV. One of the women arrived a few days ago, "E". She is only 22 years old and just found out she is suffering from HIV, Typhoid and sifilis. She is not from Medan and P3M is trying to get her home to her family. "L" is the women who has been living in the house for a few months. She has just lost her husband due to HIV.  She was planning to go back home to her family so that she could have time to mourn her husbands death but instead has decided to stay for "E". "L" has found it in her sweet heart to stay and help P3M take care of her.
